This is just a simple rating advert from Metallica because the album is already out at this point, so they post this on websites and print it in papers, magazines and posters so that a wider audience read it and see that a lot of different sources have rated the album well. It is a very simple advert just between two colours, black (for the background) and white (for the writing).
